This modern and minimalist style villa is located in a wonderful enclave, on the Montgo slopes.
It is adjacent to the natural park and has spectacular views of the sea and the entire city of Dénia, which makes it really special.
This turnkey project was commissioned by one of our clients, beginning in February 2021 and concluding six months later, in August 2021.
It has a builded housing area of 133sqm and a terrace area of 28sqm.
It is distributed on a single floor, which makes it a comfortable home with an excellent indoor-outdoor relationship.
On this floor we find an open plan living-dining room-kitchen area, with a discreet laundry room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, where in the master bedroom the bathroom is en suite.
The interiors are comfortable, and the materials chosen are a mix between modernity and warmth thanks to the wooden fronts present in the kitchen and the interior furniture.
The kitchen and the laundry area are fully equipped with all its integrated appliances, with removable bodies in column, drawers and doors both on the front and on the island.
The bathrooms are characterized by their straight lines and sobriety, but they have large drawers for storage.
And so we conclude another of our turnkey architecture, construction, interior design and decoration projects ... taking care of even the smallest detail.
