The exterior materiality and the interior finishes of the house are customizable, being a variable of the material used in several exterior walls, for example, white concrete.
Special attention is given to the design of the house, where interior decoration plays a very important role and is part of the whole proposal, with interior design conceived as a fundamental phase.
The rooms are bright and large, with a master bedroom with en suite bathroom, equipped with greater privacy because it is located exclusively on the upper floor.
One of the aspects that makes the difference in this project is that the houses are built following the Passivhaus standards, that is, they are energy efficient homes with high interior comfort.
Passivhaus is a German term coined in the 90s and which refers to a super-efficient construction standard that in Javea has not yet been carried out today.
